Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sale periods or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for all orders.
A COD confirmation call/message may be made before dispatch to verify your order.
We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that cannot be confirmed.
6. Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service issues
- Natural disasters or extreme weather
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order:
The courier may attempt redelivery 1–2 more times.
Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery or return of the item to our warehouse.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately after placing the order — changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is shipped.
